Ancient Bible Texts Revealed

Warnings of the Apocalypse, revelations of Hell and even clues to the possible hiding place of Kings Solomon’s treasure have been uncovered by academics from one of Scotland's leading universities.
A team of international academics have been coordinating a world-wide project to unlock the secrets of a number of ‘lost’ Biblical-style tales with titles such as the ‘Testament of Adam’, ‘Apocalypse of the Seven Heavens’, ‘Apocryphon of Jacob and Joseph’, ‘Queen of Sheba’, ‘the Cave of Treasures’, ‘the Book of Giants’ and ‘Visions of Heaven and Hell’.
Many of the ancient documents written by Jews, Christians and pagans dating from the 3rd century BC to the beginning of the Middle Ages have now been translated by divinity scholars to provide a unique insight into early religious understanding.
